The Owls Are Not What They Seem

For years I've heard references to the quirky, cult-classic Twin Peaks. Much like Firefly and Dollhouse, it's run was cut short.

A few weeks ago I decided to see what they hype was all about and watched the series on Netflix. It reminded me of a cross between Gilmore Girls and The X-Files, a spookier Stars Hollow.

I watched the final episode just last week and was a little heartbroken. The show was just picking up speed, the characters were developing, and we were left with a cliffhanger.

The recent cryptic tweet and subsequent official announcement have me absolutely delighted!

I'm excited to see how this turns out. Luckily, Sherlock has prepared me for long waits between seasons.

First Girl Meets World and now Twin Peaks? Maybe Firefly will come back a few decades from now!
